jitabajee Terms and Conditions

2.1 — Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to open an account.
• You must be a valid citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account closure.
• You may not register if you are a representative, employee, or family member of jitabajee.

2.2 — Accuracy of Information

• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• jitabajee may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit documents within the specified time may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
• jitabajee reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any balance if false information is provided.

2.3 — Password and Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• Sharing login credentials with anyone else is prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify us immediately via our 24/7 live chat or at [email protected].

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000. Or a deposit of ৳18,000 gives a ৳8,000 bonus, total balance ৳26,000.
• To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the total bonus amount must be completed.
• Multiple members from the same device, IP address, or household cannot claim the same bonus.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 — VIP Cashback Program

• jitabajee has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
• Bronze members receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%.
• Silver members receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%.
• Gold members receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.
• Progression to a higher VIP level is determined by activity on the platform.
• Cashback is processed every week and credited directly to the account.

4.3 — Bonus Abuse

• Attempting to meet bonus requirements through multiple accounts or coordinated betting will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If jitabajee detects suspicious bonus activity, it reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until the investigation is complete.
• If there is any ambiguity in the terms of an offer, jitabajee's decision will be considered final.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing coordinated or strategic bets to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse, arbitrage betting).
• Attempting unauthorised access to or modification of the platform's software or game systems.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Fraudulent, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards other users.
• Deceptive communication with jitabajee staff or providing false information.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug in any game on the platform.

8.1 — Nature of Service

• jitabajee provides recreational gambling opportunities and does not guarantee any income.
• jitabajee will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures.
• jitabajee will be exempt from liability if the service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

8.2 — Game Results

• All game results are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are completely independent and unpredictable.
• Previous game results do not determine future results.
• If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, jitabajee reserves the right to correct it.

10.1 — Closure at User's Request

• It is recommended to withdraw any available balance before closing the account.
• Any bonus balance where the wagering requirement has not been met will be considered void.

10.2 — Closure at jitabajee's Initiative

• In the event of a breach of these terms, jitabajee may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
• If evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found, the balance may be forfeited.
• If a user is inactive (12 months after the last login), a maintenance fee may apply to the account.

• A notice will be published on the website for any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
